The Group Mentoring Program is a calendar monthly commitment of A$497 via a subscription paid in advance. Your credit card will be debited with this amount every calendar month on the anniversary of the date that you commenced your subscription.

Active subscribers are entitled to attend a weekly online group mentoring session of a minimum one hour duration at a day and time to be nominated by Property Development Institute. Property Development Institute will endeavour to schedule the online group mentoring session at, or just following, close of business, Sydney Australia time, on a weekday, to enable people to attend following the working day.

Active subscribers will be allocated a time and day for the group mentoring session and will receive a notification email each week that their subscription remains active. This email will also include a meeting reminder and meeting link to access the group mentoring session.

Where a subscriber fails to attend a scheduled weekly group mentoring session, no credit will be provided.

Property Development Institute reserves the right to cancel the Group Mentoring Program with one calendar month notice.

On occasions, it may be necessary for a scheduled group mentoring session to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or other commitments (e.g. the mentor is on annual leave or ill). In circumstances where this occurs, a credit of A$115 per group mentoring session cancelled will be issued to active subscribers.

Where a subscription becomes inactive or unfinancial for whatever reason, the subscriber will be terminated from the Group Mentoring Program immediately.
